If the smart key of your Renault Koleos Mk2 has suddenly stopped working and the issue is a completely flat battery, simply follow this procedure to replace it with a new one. First, purchase a new battery that is fully compatible, then remove the cover of the key to access the exhausted battery.

Finally, remove the flat battery and replace it with the new one, then refit the protective cover and perform a few tests to confirm the key is functioning correctly.
