Replacing the External Wing Mirror Glass

Replacing just the glass of the external wing mirror is a straightforward task as it is simply clipped into the housing: therefore, pull the old glass outwards while holding it at two parallel points; then disconnect the demisting wires and remove the retaining spring to apply it to the new glass. Bring the new glass close to the housing to connect the demisting wires, align the anchoring points, and press until it clicks securely into place.
