In this video, we see how to solve the problem of the emergency call being indicated as unavailable on a Seat Leon Kl8. In fact, the display indicates that the function is limited and the warning light on the top of the dashboard is shown as red, therefore not working. It was not just a matter of changing the module batteries, because in this case it was a newly registered vehicle: it was necessary to completely replace the firmware module because it was faulty. After this intervention, which was done under warranty, the defect was completely resolved.
