We remove the knob, slide off the boot, and remove the screws. In this case, the lever "falls" inside the gearbox and therefore the gears do not engage. From below, we remove the plastic card that is under the gear lever, then we remove the metal clip of the lever, with pliers and the three 10mm bolts inside, in order to pull down the entire rod. By doing this, we can disassemble all the pieces and see that the funnel bushing has worn out. First, we need to clean all the pieces from grease, with some gasoline. The spare part for this car is no longer available on the market, so the YouTuber has adapted the interior of a 0.25 water fitting, and it fits perfectly, with its gasket. We spread a little grease and insert the gasket and the fitting. We reassemble everything from below, then we try again from the top and see that the gears engage perfectly. We reassemble the boot and knob and the job is done.
