Removing Headlight Bulbs on Seat Ibiza

Model: Seat Ibiza 6P, 6J - Years 2008-2017
Part: Headlight bulb

Are the front headlight bulbs out? Here’s how to replace them on a Seat Ibiza. Open the front bonnet by pulling the lever located at the bottom right of the dashboard, and secure it with the prop rod. Remove the cover caps from behind the headlight. Once the caps are removed, locate the bulb holders. Remove the bulb holders using the metal clips and fit the new bulbs. Refit the previously removed caps onto the front headlight (attach the metal guides) along with the associated parts. Finally, test the correct operation of the bulbs by turning on the dashboard.

Lift the hood and secure it with the prop rod, then disconnect the fuel supply hose that leads to the injectors. Connect the pressure gauge and the cleaning kit to the fuel lines; start running the cleaning fluid from the previously connected kit through the fuel lines of the injectors (repeat this process several times). Disconnect everything and start the engine. Reinstall the fuel line leading to the injectors after cleaning them of any dirt and deposits.
