Instructions for Replacing the Gear Knob

Model: Seat Leon 1M - Years 1999-2005

The gear lever knob comes with a covering gaiter: to replace it, you need to remove both the gaiter and the knob itself; detach the frame at the base of the gear lever and lift the gaiter upwards, remove the metal retaining clip and pull firmly upwards to remove the knob complete with gaiter; to install the new one, reverse the process: insert the knob onto the gear lever, pressing down until fully seated, apply the retaining clip, and finally reattach the gaiter frame at the base of the centre console.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after.
