Replacing the External Wing Mirror on a Seat Ibiza

External wing mirrors are prone to impacts and may need replacing after a collision. To do this on a Seat Ibiza, start by removing the old mirror by unscrewing the screw that secures it at the base and disconnecting the electrical connector. Take the new mirror and remove the outer cover, position the base onto the door housing, threading the electrical cable through. Insert the screw and tighten it with a spanner, reconnect the connector in its housing, and refit the outer cover.
