Removing the Original Car Radio

Model: Skoda Octavia MK 2, 1Z - Years 2004-2012
Part: Car stereo

Using a small flathead screwdriver, remove the 4 caps located at the corners of the car radio and unscrew the 4 Torx screws (T25) securing the radio.
Detach and remove the plastic trim surrounding the car radio and the air flow control knobs.
Then, slide the car radio out of its slot and disconnect the connectors attached to it (the FM antenna and the ISO connector by releasing the bayonet lock).
Insert the new car radio, connecting any provided adapter wiring, and secure it to its mount.
Reapply the trim that was previously removed.
