Replacement of the Smart Roadster's convertible top cables

In this short guide, we will see the main instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the cables of the electric hood of the Smart Roadster. First of all, we completely open the hood and remove the two side pillars; then we unscrew the screws of the hood, separating the lining from the frame, as shown in the video. In this way it will be possible to access the two side cables, unhooking them and pulling them out together with their sheath; we replace them with the new ones and reassemble the entire hood mechanism, finally verifying its correct operation!
