How do you replace the front headlight bulb in the Smart Fortwo 451?

Replacing a headlight bulb on the Smart Fortwo 451 does not necessarily require going to a workshop, as it only takes a few minutes for the job to be done yourself. Let's help ourselves with the video guide provided here and proceed as described below: Open the engine hood and remove the plastic cap at the back of the headlight, then release the metal clip that secures the bulb holder, extract it and then remove the bulb to be replaced. Test that it works and reassemble all the previously mentioned parts in reverse order. Job done.
