How to Reset the Service Light on a Smart 451?

By holding down the button located on the left side of the instrument panel, you can begin the process of resetting the Service light on the Smart 451. While holding it down, insert the ignition key into the corresponding slot on the centre console and turn it. This will power up the instrument panel, and you can continue to hold it: after a moment, you will notice that the maintenance light will disappear completely. To verify that the reset has been successful, you will need to turn off and then turn on the panel again using the key.
