Removing the Side Window Glass of a Smart 450

In this video, you will see how to remove the passenger side window glass of a Smart 450. First, use a Torx 25 to remove the screw at the top right of the side support: use a plastic lever to remove the support. Now, use a Torx 20 to unscrew the screw from the triangular plastic cover where the mirror adjustment pin is located: once removed, unscrew the other Torx 20 screw located underneath. Now, extract the outer door panel by pulling towards you: remove the seals, unscrew the screws of the electric motor, and remove the glass.
