Using the portable compressor provided with your Smart ForFour, begin by checking and inflating the tyres as necessary to reach the manufacturer's recommended pressure for all tyres. After this, sit in the driver's seat.

Activate the instrument cluster. Then, open the settings menu and select "Tyre Pressure Monitor". At this point, confirm that you intend to perform a new tyre pressure reading.

Once you complete this step, the warning light will turn off automatically, and you will have finished the reset.
