To replace the speakers on a Smart 451, use a tool like a screwdriver to pry off the outer cover of the speaker, which is fitted into the door panel. Once the outer cover is removed, you can loosen the screws that secure the speaker, disconnect the connector, and completely remove it from its housing.

After the old speaker has been removed, insert the new one by connecting it to the connector, securing it in place, and covering it with the panel.
