How to remove the center console on the Smart?

To proceed with disassembling the central part of the dashboard of the car it is necessary to follow the following steps: first of all access the driver's seat and exert pressure by pulling towards you to extract the block containing the controls located in the center of the console. Then take a screwdriver and proceed to unscrew the screw located inside the hole for the passage of the power cables of the controls just removed. Above the dashboard in the center there is the plastic panel that overhangs the display, pry up starting from the top with a small screwdriver to unclip and remove this panel. At this point the various panels of the central dashboard have been removed.
