Operation: How to replace the key battery of the Smart Fortwo

The key of the Smart Fortwo 451 is completely analog and this further simplifies the procedure required for replacing the button cell inside. In fact, you only need a common flathead screwdriver (preferably a small size). Insert the tip of the screwdriver into the gap created between the top cover and the back cover and open it. Remove the electronic component and immediately below you will have access to the exhausted battery. All that remains is to replace it with a new one and, finally, correctly reposition all the various components removed previously.
