How do you remove the engine from the Smart 450?

In order to remove the engine of the Smart 450 you have to open the rear door of the car, so that you can go and unhook the screws that secure the rear bumper. The latter will need to be removed, along with the screws securing the top trunk cover, to remove this panel. In this way it will be possible to loosen the screws of the supports that fix the motor in the upper part. Then you can also loosen the supports that fix the motor in the lower part, completely removing the motor from its housing and replacing it with a new one.
