In this guide, you will find the main instructions to remove and replace the roof of the Smart Fortwo. First, open the rear boot lid and use a thin, pointed tool to detach and remove the roof; if necessary, you will need to remove the rear boot lid and the windscreen, as shown in the video.

At this point, replace the roof of the vehicle, installing a panoramic roof if desired; then install the sunroof mechanism and finally the glass, reassembling the windscreen, following the video tutorial to the end!
