Today's step-by-step instructions will show us how to replace the coolant in the Smart Fortwo. First, we lift the car and start unscrewing the coolant drain screw, located above the oil filter, allowing it to drain into a container for about ten minutes. Then, we replace the washer on the drain screw. At this point, we unscrew the cap of the radiator reservoir and proceed to top it up with the new antifreeze coolant, which should be suitable and anticorrosive for our radiator, filling it up to the maximum level mark.
