In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the engine mount in the Smart ForTwo, a very simple and quick operation. First, wait for the engine to cool down sufficiently; then, for maximum safety, optionally place a jack under the engine and support it. Next, undo all the mounting bolts using both a 15mm and an 18mm spanner, separate it from the respective brackets, and quickly position the replacement part. At this point, simply tighten all the various bolts securely.
