How to replace the central engine mount in the Smart ForTwo?

In this tutorial, we can see how to replace the central engine support in the Smart ForTwo, an extremely simple operation but still requiring good manual skills. First of all, we lift the rear side of the vehicle, taking all necessary safety measures, then we support the engine itself using a jack. We then locate the support in question, unscrew the two fixing bolts with an E18 socket wrench and remove it from the housing. At this point, all that's left is to insert the replacement and reassemble everything. The procedure is similar for replacing the other two supports.
