Today, we will go through the instructions to dismantle and replace the turbocharger of the Smart Fortwo 0.8 CDI. First, lift the vehicle and move to the rear, accessing the underside of the engine; then locate the turbocharger and disconnect the exhaust gas recirculation manifold by unscrewing the bolts, as shown in the video.

At this point, disconnect the plastic hose and the electrical connector, removing and replacing the turbine with the new original one, following the video tutorial until the end!
