Removing the Exterior Mirror on Ssangyong Rexton

As with many other car models, replacing the mirror on the Ssangyong Rexton is straightforward. For protection, you may start by placing masking tape around the mirror. As mentioned, removing the glass is very simple: just lever at the back with a plastic wedge or a flat screwdriver, so that the rear clips detach and the mirror comes out of its housing. At this point, you only need to disconnect the connector. Proceed in reverse for refitting, applying pressure with your hands to ensure it fits securely.
