Replacing the cabin air filter on the Subaru

In the instructions below we can see how to replace a cabin air filter on a Japanese car. The pollen filter is located in the passenger compartment behind the glovebox, so to access it it is necessary to open the passenger side door, open the glovebox and unhook the lateral support pins to open it completely and unhook it by pulling it towards you. Behind the drawer we can identify the compartment containing the filter, then proceed to remove the plastic cover by pulling it towards you and then to extract the filter itself. Take the new filter and place it in the housing and then close the compartment lid and reassemble the glovebox.
