How to Change Engine Oil on a Subaru Outback

In this video, you will learn how to change the engine oil and its filter on the latest Subaru Outback model. Start by opening the engine compartment. Raise the oil dipstick. Locate the oil cap (yellow) on the right side of the engine and remove it. Now, work underneath the car, place a container under the oil sump, and unscrew the drain bolt; this way, the used oil will be collected in the container, then re-screw the bolt. Now, obtain the new oil suitable for your vehicle's engine and fill the engine oil reservoir. This operation is recommended every 9,300 miles.
