To disassemble the engine of the Suzuki SV 650, you need to loosen the screws that fix the engine block to its housing in the center of the frame: once the engine fixing screws have been loosened, you can disconnect the connectors and intake and exhaust pipes. At this point, you can loosen the screws that fix the cylinder heads of the engine: the pistons inside the cylinders can then be freed from the connecting rods in order to access the crankshaft and all other components. Now you can replace the necessary parts and close the engine block.
