To start, locate the flat screw at the bottom of the caliper and unscrew it with a screwdriver. Then unscrew the 5 mm Allen screw and the two bolts that require a socket wrench, as shown in the video. Once the caliper is removed, you can simply take out the pads from inside. While you're at it, it's advisable to clean the entire braking area thoroughly. The new pads will obviously be much thicker than the ones removed, so push back the pistons in their housing before fitting them. Refit the caliper and screw in the fixing screws, and you're done.
