To reset the service light on a Suzuki Burgman 400 scooter, after changing the oil and filter as required, press the "select" button, which is the button on the left under the rev counter (be careful as there are two). While holding this button down, turn on the ignition - you may need assistance - and watch for the "oil change" light to flash. When the message disappears, release the button and turn off the ignition. The next time you turn on the ignition, the light will briefly illuminate before turning off.
