How to replace the engine oil in the Suzuki GSXR 1000R?

In this tutorial, we can see how to replace the engine oil in the Suzuki GSXR 1000R, an extremely simple and fast operation to be carried out every 12 months. First of all, we wait for the engine to be sufficiently cold, then we position a container underneath it, locate the drain bolt and unscrew it using a socket wrench. We then let the oil contained in the system drain out, remove the lower left fairing, and unscrew the filter using pliers. At this point, we can tighten the replacement, reassemble everything, and pour the new oil through the appropriate hole.

Below we will illustrate the steps on how to replace the engine oil and oil filter of the Keeway Cafe Racer 152. First of all we put our motorcycle on the central stand and start warming up the engine for a few minutes; then unscrew the oil vent bolt that we find under the engine, letting it drain into a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the screws of the oil filter cover, removing and replacing the cartridge with the new one; finally unscrew the filler cap and top up with the new engine oil, of the right type.
