Replacement of the Suzuki Vitara remote control battery

When the battery that powers the remote control that opens and closes the doors of the Suzuki Vitara runs out, we need to replace it. We grip the remote control, use a small flathead screwdriver to leverage along the groove on the edge to separate the two shells. We place the buttons, the membrane, and the circuit board in the front shell. We remove the old battery from its housing in the back shell and replace it with a new CR2032 battery, being careful to position the negative pole upwards, and then we couple the two shells back together by pressing until they lock.
