First, try applying a small amount of thread-locking adhesive (the type of glue useful for mechanical locking) on both the heads of the two screws and the tip of the drill: this should help you unscrew the screws.

If this does not work, using an angle grinder, you will need to cut off the head of the screw, allowing you to unscrew it with a medium-sized screwdriver.
