Replacing the Thermostat on Suzuki Samurai

Lift the bonnet and place the support rod. Locate the cover containing the thermostat of your Suzuki Samurai by watching the video: note how it is in a comfortable and visible position. Undo the two bolts that secure it and open the cover: be careful as it is often not only screwed but also slightly stuck, so use a small flat screwdriver to lever it open.

Once done, simply extract and disconnect the thermostat and insert (and connect) the new one. Nothing easier! Reassemble everything and you’re done.
