See how to use the Grip Control function on the Suzuki Ignis; this function ensures easier starting on slippery roads caused by snow or mud. It quickly applies the brake to the slipping wheel, transferring traction to the opposite wheel. To activate the system, press the dedicated switch, which is the last one at the bottom right of the control panel, and the integrated light will turn on. At the same time, the ESP warning light will start flashing.

Do the same to turn off the function. The system will assist the driver in making a smooth start when necessary, but be aware that this functionality does not activate with the ESP system turned off.

How to Activate the Disabled TRC on the Toyota Yaris?

As the video clearly shows, disabling or activating the traction control (TRC or ESP) on the Toyota Yaris is very simple. By default, the traction system activates every time the vehicle is started. To disable it, simply press the button depicting a skidding car located in the centre of the vehicle where the controls are, such as the hazard lights and the radio, but near the handbrake. Once disabled, the TRC off light will illuminate on the dashboard. To reactivate it, just press the same button again.
