Guide for changing the engine oil of a Sym VTS 200cc scooter. Get 1LT of Motul 5100 sae 10w40 oil. Place the scooter on the center stand. Place a container for the recovery of the oil to be disposed of under the engine. Using a 17mm Phillips wrench, unscrew the oil drain plug located under the engine on the left side, pedal height of the starter. Unscrew the cap under the engine on the right side with the 13mm wrench. Remove the cap with the spring and the filter inside the casing. Screw both caps after cleaning them. Unscrew the oil filler neck located on the right side crankcase. Pour the oil according to the level of the dipstick.

How to change the engine oil and oil filter on the Keeway Cafe Racer 152

Below we will illustrate the steps on how to replace the engine oil and oil filter of the Keeway Cafe Racer 152. First of all we put our motorcycle on the central stand and start warming up the engine for a few minutes; then unscrew the oil vent bolt that we find under the engine, letting it drain into a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the screws of the oil filter cover, removing and replacing the cartridge with the new one; finally unscrew the filler cap and top up with the new engine oil, of the right type.
