To remove the engine from the Sym CruiSym 125, loosen the screws that secure the engine block within its corresponding housing: this is located in the central lower part of the frame. Once the support screws are removed, you can disconnect the intake and exhaust manifolds and then disconnect the connectors: now you will need to loosen the screws securing the cylinder to remove it completely. Then the internal piston must be disconnected from the connecting rod to access the crankshaft and all further components located internally.
