In today's video tutorial we will see how to remove the timing belt of a Sym Maxsym 400cc. First of all, let's remove our crankcase cover, unscrewing all the fixing screws with a wrench; then we access the transmission side casing, where we will unscrew the bolts to access the variator and the distribution kit. Arrived to this we go to remove the clutch together with the variator and the pulley and at the same time extract the timing belt, as shown in the video; we just have to replace it with the new one and reassemble everything!

How do you change the engine oil of the Beta Xtrainer 300?

In order to replace the Beta Xtrainer 300 engine oil, you need to loosen the screws that secure the skid plate positioned in the lower part of the bike. Once it has been removed, it will be possible to access the components in the lower part, including the oil drain plug. This will have to be unscrewed in order to collect the used oil inside a suitably positioned container. It will also be possible to replace the oil filter and finally re-fit the skid plate. Finally, it will be possible to top up from the special vent on the right side of the bike.
