In today's video tutorial, you will see how to remove the timing belt from a Sym Maxsym 400cc. First, remove the cover from the casing by unscrewing all the fixing screws with a spanner; then access the transmission side casing, where you will unscrew the bolts to reach the variator and the timing kit. Once there, remove the clutch along with the variator and pulley, and simultaneously extract the timing belt, as shown in the video; then replace it with the new one and reassemble everything!
