To disassemble the transmission of the Sym MaxSym 400, you need to loosen all the bolts securing the plastic cover protecting the casing near the rear wheel. Beneath the plastic cover, there will be a steel one that must be removed in the same manner. At this point, you will have access to the transmission: by loosening the nuts of the central pins of the variator and the clutch, you can remove both parts and consequently the belt. Once the old parts are removed, you can replace them and close the casing with the respective covers.
