How to Remove the Front Headlight from a Sym Fiddle

Before you can start, position your Sym Fiddle on its central stand. Begin by unscrewing and removing the screws that secure the front headlight to the handlebar plastics.

Next, unclip and extract the front headlight from its housing. This will free the front headlight itself.

At this point, disconnect the electrical connectors that power the headlight bulbs. Once you have completed this last step, you can finally remove the front headlight, and you will have finished the disassembly.

Here are the brief instructions for removing and replacing the clutch discs on a Kawasaki Z1000 motorcycle. First, place the motorcycle on a stand and begin draining the engine oil by unscrewing the oil drain bolt located under the engine; then unscrew the fixing screws of the clutch cover to access the clutch, as shown in the video. At this point, unscrew the screws of the clutch pack, removing all the discs; replace and install the new original clutch discs, alternating the cork discs with the metal ones!
