Replacing the front brake pads on Sym Bonus 110

Use an Allen wrench to loosen the bolts that hold the pads and a socket wrench to unscrew the two screws that secure the caliper to the brake disc. Remove the caliper from its seat and further unscrew the two screws inherent to the pads, until they are completely removed (they are quite long). Remove the pads from the caliper and widen the pistons that house them, before inserting the new pads which will obviously be much thicker than those removed. Proceed backwards to reassemble the caliper and to mount it to the disc. As you can see, this is a rather simple operation.

How do you change the engine oil of the Beta Xtrainer 300?

In order to replace the Beta Xtrainer 300 engine oil, you need to loosen the screws that secure the skid plate positioned in the lower part of the bike. Once it has been removed, it will be possible to access the components in the lower part, including the oil drain plug. This will have to be unscrewed in order to collect the used oil inside a suitably positioned container. It will also be possible to replace the oil filter and finally re-fit the skid plate. Finally, it will be possible to top up from the special vent on the right side of the bike.
