How do I replace the rear shock absorber on the Sym Mio?

In order to replace the Sym Mio rear shock absorber, you need to loosen the screws that secure the air filter box located on the left side of the bike, at the rear wheel. Once the box has been removed, it will be possible to access the bolt securing the shock absorber at the bottom, which will need to be loosened. By loosening the shock absorber bolt in the upper part, it will be possible to remove it from its housing so that it can be replaced with a new spare part. This must be properly fixed with its screws, so that the air filter box can also be mounted.

We see that the remote control battery is discharged when the appropriate warning light appears on the digital instrument panel; then we take our remote control in hand and we go to remove the back cover, applying pressure, as shown in the video. At this point we can remove and replace the battery with a new one, of the right type (in this case a 3V CR 2032); insert the new battery in the correct direction and replace the cover!
