To replace the belt on the Sym Mio, you need to loosen the screws that secure the cover of the casing near the rear wheel, beneath which the transmission is located. Once the casing is opened, you can loosen the nuts that secure the central pins of the variator and the clutch bell. When these two pieces are removed, you can slide the belt out of its housing and replace it with a new spare part. After the replacement, all other components removed earlier can be reinstalled.

How to Replace the Throttle Valve on the GasGas EC 300?

To replace the throttle valve on the GasGas EC 300, remove the entire throttle body from its housing. This is connected between the cylinder and the intake manifold. Once the throttle body is removed by loosening the screws and disconnecting all connectors, proceed to detach the connectors attached to it. Then, the valve can be removed from inside the throttle body and the new one can be inserted. Finally, reassemble everything and check its operation.
