Model: Sym Mio
In order to replace the variator of the Sym Mio scooter, you need to loosen the screws that secure the transmission cover panel: this will be located near the rear wheel, on the left side. Once the central screw of the variator has been loosened, you can remove the variator from its seat and also free it from the corresponding belt: the new one can then be inserted and the cover can be closed by tightening the screws, making sure that everything works correctly after installation.
