In this video tutorial, you will see the procedure necessary to dismantle and replace the variator, along with the rollers, of the Sym Mio scooter. First, put the central stand down and start by removing all the bolts from the cover, using a socket spanner; then proceed to remove the nuts from the fan and the bell, as shown in the video.

At this point, remove the belt and then the variator, along with the rollers; replace the latter with new ones, using original spare parts, following the video tutorial to the end for reassembly!
