First, place the scooter on its centre stand and start by disconnecting the coolant hose connected to the water pump casing, allowing the fluid to drain into a container for about ten minutes. Now, unscrew the cap of the radiator reservoir, located under the footboard cover, and top up with new antifreeze (suitable for our radiator); fill it to the maximum mark!

How to Replace the Air Filter on the Benelli TRK 502X?

On the Benelli TRK 502X, you can replace the air filter by unscrewing the screws that secure the fairings located on the front side of the bike, near the tank: once these panels are removed, proceed by loosening the screws that secure the tank and disconnecting all the hoses and connectors underneath. This will give you access to the air filter box, which can be opened by loosening the screws that secure the cover: at this point, remove the old filter so that you can insert the replacement.
