To replace the belt on the Sym MaxSym 600, you need to loosen the bolts securing the cover near the rear wheel on the left side of the bike. Once the bolts are loosened, you can remove the cover to access the underlying components: the central nut of the variator and the clutch must be loosened so that these two components can be removed along with the belt around them. After removal, you can install the new components, including the new belt.
