To dismantle the engine of a Sym Jet 125, loosen all the bolts securing the engine block to its housing at the central lower part of the vehicle. Once the engine block is freed from its bolts and connectors, it can be removed from its housing, and you can proceed to loosen the screws securing the cylinder. Once this is removed, you will be able to locate the piston underneath, which must be detached from the connecting rod by widening the corresponding ring. At this point, you can also remove the connecting rod and all other components contained within the engine block.

How to Replace the Throttle Valve on the GasGas EC 300?

To replace the throttle valve on the GasGas EC 300, remove the entire throttle body from its housing. This is connected between the cylinder and the intake manifold. Once the throttle body is removed by loosening the screws and disconnecting all connectors, proceed to detach the connectors attached to it. Then, the valve can be removed from inside the throttle body and the new one can be inserted. Finally, reassemble everything and check its operation.
