To dismantle the engine of a Sym Jet 125, loosen all the bolts securing the engine block to its housing at the central lower part of the vehicle. Once the engine block is freed from its bolts and connectors, it can be removed from its housing, and you can proceed to loosen the screws securing the cylinder.

Once this is removed, you will be able to locate the piston underneath, which must be detached from the connecting rod by widening the corresponding ring. At this point, you can also remove the connecting rod and all other components contained within the engine block.
