How do you replace the piston of the Sym Bonus 110?

In order to replace the piston of the Sym Bonus 110, you need to loosen the screws that secure the engine cylinder to its housing, so that it can be completely removed from the front of the engine. Once the cylinder has been removed, you will be able to locate the underlying piston: the latter can be freed from its connecting rod by expanding its locking ring and completely disconnecting it after the pin has been removed. Therefore, it will be possible to insert the new piston, securing it with the ring and the connecting rod, and then covering everything with the cylinder.

How do you replace the gear oil of the Kymco People S 200?

In order to replace the gear oil of the Kymco People S 200, you need to loosen the screws that secure the transmission casing located on the rear side of the motorcycle, on the left side: by loosening the casing, you will be able to locate the drain plug underneath. This way, the plug can be loosened and it will be possible to collect all the used oil inside a properly positioned container. Once all the oil has drained out, you can pour in the new oil through the vent located slightly above the drain plug, so that the necessary amount of oil is inserted.
