Model: Sym Bonus 110
To replace the piston on the Sym Bonus 110, loosen the screws that secure the engine cylinder to its housing, allowing it to be completely removed from the front of the engine. Once the cylinder is removed, locate the piston underneath: it can be freed from its connecting rod by widening the locking ring and detaching it completely after removing the pin. You can then insert the new piston, securing it with the ring and the connecting rod, and cover everything with the cylinder.
