How do you set the clock on the Sym VF 185?

In order to set the clock of the Sym VF 185, you need to turn on the instrument panel by turning the key in the ignition switch: this way the instrument panel will be turned on and it will be possible to use the buttons below it. You will need to hold down the button M until the hours start flashing: this way you will be able to change the hours by holding down the button S. At this point, you can perform the same operation to change the minutes: you can hold down the button M until they start flashing and by holding down the button S you will be able to modify them.

How do you change the engine oil of the Beta Xtrainer 300?

In order to replace the Beta Xtrainer 300 engine oil, you need to loosen the screws that secure the skid plate positioned in the lower part of the bike. Once it has been removed, it will be possible to access the components in the lower part, including the oil drain plug. This will have to be unscrewed in order to collect the used oil inside a suitably positioned container. It will also be possible to replace the oil filter and finally re-fit the skid plate. Finally, it will be possible to top up from the special vent on the right side of the bike.
