Then, use masking tape to protect the parts of the wheel covers that you want to remain the original color, including the logo in the center. Next, spray the paint on the areas you wish to color, wait for the paint to dry completely, and then remove the masking tape.

This way, you will achieve the final result of two-tone wheel covers.
