Stability test on the Toyota Aygo X

Model: Toyota Aygo MK 3, Aygo X - Years 2021-2026

In this video, we see the results of stability tests carried out on the Toyota Aygo X, both on dry and wet surfaces: these are tests to evaluate how the vehicle behaves in emergency situations or at the limit of grip. On dry surfaces, the test is conducted at increasing speeds, with ESC off and on. The electronic stability control at 104 km/h keeps the rear end in check, the ESP intervenes but is not intrusive despite the tendency to oversteer. Just 5 km/h faster, the ESC is unable to control the vehicle. On wet surfaces, everything is fine at 80 km/h, but it is evident that the ESP struggles. Just 5 km/h faster, the situation worsens, the trajectory widens and the cones are knocked over.
